Great office with friendly staff. I have been going here for a few years now. Dentist is very knowledgeable. I Recently had a new hygienist. She made sure to frequently ask how everything was going and was excellent at making me comfortable. Definitely agreat addition to a great office! I recommend westside dental

I have been to a lot of dentist in my life time and Dr. Thomas Zhou is one of the best i have been to ,I was looking for a new dentist and i knew i needed a lot of work done. Dr. Zhou explained every thing i needed done in a simple way that i could understand and start with the most serious first. I found him to be painless and do top Quality work and a caring person. His staff are also very friendly and kind. I would highly recomend Dr. Zhou for your dentist. I will keep going back there.

Had a complicated tooth removal done in the back of the mouth. Was very happy with his concern for my comfort and his abilities. A very experienced and highly skilled dentist. Regardless of complaints about how dentists treat their staff (Dr's are stern to ensure continued accuracy; I work side by side with one) I had a fantastic experience at this office with all interactions. I will be using them again and especially since I paid less than I expected to.

NOT wheelchair accessible, as stated. First door is hard enough, as theres no button to open, then the 2nd door is opposite. VERY hard to get chair in the small room we always got. Then when I had to cancel my sons appt, while has a brain injury, I was told he was going to charge us. Brain injury is day to day. We're now patients elsewhere & we had all of his teeth repaired within 1 1/2 mos & they were great helping me with my son, when needed.
No compassion from him or his wife!!

For the ppl who are complaining about his treatment of staff. You sure have a lot to learn about being the best and only wanting his staff to be all they can be. He is a fantastic Dentist and it is your life he is making sure his staff will not mess up. How would you feel if they wrote down the wrong tooth and out it came. Like Seriously get a grip.

Had 4 teeth removed. He made sure I was in no pain. I truly could not believe he was able to remove the teeth without causing me any uncalled for stress and pain. In the past several dentist have yanked out my teeth with no empathy. He is truly the very very best. Thank you again . Keep up the fantastic bedside manner and your incredible professionalism.

Love Dr. Zhou and his office staff. Always friendly. Dr. Zhou has done a few procedures on me now and is always makes sure I understand exactly what is being done and that I am happy with the results. During any procedure he is always very caring asking if you are ok every so often. I would highly recommend Dr. Zhou!

I must say Dr. Zhou is an excellent dentist, but he was very rude to his assistant. He does have a lot of staff turnover. I saw another new face the other day. There are 3 ladies who have been there for a long time. I'm glad they are still there, very nice people. One of the reasons I still go there. I would recommend this office.
