Be prepared to wait for your scheduled appointment for at least 45 minutes to an hour and a half minimum. I have NEVER been taken on time. Once your finally get to see Dr. Benner she is very thorough and reviewed my file during my appointment time with her then talked with me about it for about 10 minutes. So although I waited a month to get an appointment and over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, she did spend about 15 minutes with me discussing my issues. My husband, a new patient, needed to get in badly and had to wait 3 weeks for an appt. He had to go to Phil the Physician's Asst., who was awful. Not only did he simply dismiss my husband's medical problem, but he just renewed some previous(from another doctor)heart and diabeties prescriptions and sent him on his way, without any diagnosis or solution to the problem he was there for. Just told him to make another appt. w/ Dr. Benner. He actually told my husband, I only have 10 minutes for you. Support staff is rude also.

Terrible. Stopped my medication after years cold. She said I should be better by now. Really? I was unaware I made an appt w-God. Never go there

This is one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. She does not takes calls or even calls you back. She tried to take me off a medication that worked for me for years. I changed insurance companies because of her.

Dr. Benner is never on time!! When she finally gets into the room, she shoves pills at me and rushes me out. I don't feel that she cares or listens to my real issues, just a pill pusher. She needs to look past the surface, she could have saved me years of suffering.

Dr. Benner is a very caring physician who takes a lot of time with each patient.
