I had no idea Dr. Gary had passed. My daughter was one of his first patients. She is now 37 years old. There are no words to describe what a wonderful person he was. And a great Dr. He once called me from his vacation in Florida to check in on my son. That's the kind of Dr. he was. When I moved from Queens to Nassau County, he expected me to get a Dr. closer to where I lived. But I didn't. I would never find a Dr. like him and so I traveled to my appointments. There was no Dr. that could take care of my kids like he did. I am so deeply sorry he passed away. My belated and heartfelt condolences to his family. He was a Great Dr. and a Great Man.

I leave this rating In Memoriam of Dr. Gary Slepowitz. He was our family pediatrician for nearly 18 years and gave his wisdom, compassion, and full attention to our child. May he rest in peace. ❤️

I have never met such a caring, loving and beautiful man. I had a $30 co-payment, and he often declined to take it. He was extremely caring and thorough - a brilliant physician. He was too fine a person for this earth, and is now an angel in heaven.

Dr. Slepowitz was a true humanitarian. He knew not race, color or creed. He only saw human beings through eyes of soul. The lives he touched were many; He will live in our hearts and his deeds will make ripples. I know he will continue to look after his family. May they find comfort in knowing that my kids and all the kids he serviced will always remember him and try to live by his example.

I am so sad to hear of the doctors passing.He was so dedicated not only to his patients but to Virginia,his secretary who was also wonderful.Thanks Dr.RIP

He was the best doctor in the world. I can not believe he is gone. He took very the best care of my children opened the office on sunday nights to see my son. Left a party and opened the office. called us back right away even at 3am. I don't think I will ever find a doctor like him. I am so, sad.R.I.P Dr. Slepowitz

My parents had been taking me and my brothers to this doctor since we were born. He is the best! I have never had another physician who has cared and taken as much time out to meet with me like him.

A fine pediatrician we have known for over 20 years, who took great care of all 3 of our children. He always answers calls, and even opened his office on a Sunday to see a sick child. I highly recommend him!
