appt was an hour late. spent maybe 10 minutes talking to me with no help at all for my pain

dr. guo offered me a treatment he was not prepared to give me, (red tape issue), and when, after several months of excuses, he finally got the necessary drugs i needed he handed me off to another doctor without treating me. mind you these drugs and the tools to administer them were sitting on the counter only 5 feet away. he gave me minimal scripts, that would keep me in only moderatly excruciating pain, and left me in a position to potentially start all this crap over with a new doctor. i feel dr. guo was misleading in his ability to treat me and i get to suffer for whatever inexperience he wasn't just willing to admit was impeding him from doing his job.

Frustrating but friendly doctor. Will not do anything over the phone, makes you come in for appt just for prescription refills. He had my husband coming to see him for 3+ months with the promise of getting the shot he so desperately needs only to tell him at his last appt (where he was once again supposed to receive his shot - but didn't) that he was moving to another office and handing him off to another doctor.
