It doesn't matter that you have an appointment, Dr. Cordero makes you wait an hour and a half and see your child for 8 minutes at the most. He doesn't even take a seat and ask you about symptons. He is brief in his explanations. He tells you if you ask. Otherwise, you have to guess. There is no sense of customer service at all. He doesn't show any interest in going beyond and offering options. I don't recommend this doctor.
