First, his staff argues with my insurance company constantly - doc office constantly wants more and more paperwork that the insurance company states is unnecessary. Ins has actually on the phone asked them, "what is wrong with you? we said we will pay!" VERY uncaring staff. And yes, the doctor rocks and takes notes and doesn't actually address the questions presented and seems indifferent/bothered by questions. NOT a Good beside manner at all. His staff are not concerned with ensuring follow-up visits are scheduled, which is bad when you are treating with monthly infusions. If one little letter looks wrong on the paperwork they will lock you out of treatment for months until your insurance company is actually yelling at them on the phone. They will be the perfect Obamacare group, in the meantime go to another clinic.

Last visit he never touched me during my “exam”. He focuses on taking notes and starts rocking back and forth if you ask him a question. I am left with the impression he is angry that I want to know more about my problems. Despite the fact that I provided all contact information for my other health care providers and explained why I feel it is important, they have all stated he never contacted him. In my opinion, he has a very unprofessional and rude attitude. He needs a serious class in bed side manners.

Although Dr Watterson is very knowledgeable I feel rushed when I am in to see him. He constantly writes notes rather then listening when I am talking.

Dr. Watterson is a knowledgeable and caring doctor. He listens to what you have to say and is very down to earth, which is more than you can say for most in his profession. I recommend him highly.
