This office is very unprofessional and the office manager is rude and unhelpful. I called this morning to find out why I have not received a return phone call from their office. I learned that Dr Vupaula‘s nurse had to leave unexpectedly and he has a new assistant. I told the girl it wouldn’t my fault that she had to leave and then when I call and leave a message most people want to return call back. I ask was the new employee not trained to follow up on telephone calls. It could potentially mean life or death for some She told me I was hateful and hung up on me. So I’m hateful because their employees fail to do their jobs and follow up. If you can’t handle your office managers job; then maybe you should change careers. I would avoid this place at all cost. I see why the ratings are not good. FYI. Medicare said the doctors office where she’s been FOREVER should have known that my mom was due a new Cpap machine. Guess what....with one phone call a prescription was written and a new machine has been ordered. Thanks for nothing. These people could care less. Please learn to follow up with your long term patients.

Dr. Vuppala, is very caring and he is determined to find out what is wrong with you. He calls other doctors to try and coordinate your care. He makes sure you understand your condition.

I have been going to Doctor Vuppala for the last six years and have never had a complaint. I normally am finished with the visit by the appointment time. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this doctor.
