I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THE WAY MY INSURANCE COMPANY PAID MY CLAIM BUT IT WAS NOT THE FAULT OF DR SHAFFER OR HIS EMPLOYEES. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HIM AS MY DOCTOR !!!

Dr. Shaffer is very personable. Doesn't act like you are an idiot for NOT knowing as much as he does. Staff friendly and helpful. Appt have been kept pretty close to schedule.
