Bad experience. Waiting time excessive. Doctor sits with her back turned to you typing in a computer. Not confidence inspiring.

Dr.Wallace is an excellent diagnostician and her nurses and staff are very professional and helpful. She spent a great deal of time with me trying to help with my medical problems and did a lot of outside research to aid in her treatment of my situation. Unlike many doctors I have seen over the years, you never feel as if you have limited time with Dr. Wallace. She spends whatever time is necessary to help you. I would recommend her very highly as one of the best doctors ever!

I found that Dr Wallace was very concerned and very helpful in working with me to find a solution to treat my ongoing allergies. I have suffered with food and nasal allergies for years and my treatment is working very well. Thank you Dr Wallace

I was there with my friend who is patient at the office. I had the privileges to take her , because she is unable to drive. The visit was pleasant and they accommodated us like we were family. Dr Wallace was very passionate and showed a lot of concerns about my friend’s illness/asthma/allergies. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends.

Dr. Wallace used to be the best allergist in broward county. Not anymore. I totally agree with the review below mine. I took my 1 year old to be seen. We waited over an hour to get in to the room then was talked to about office policy. Then waited another hour to see Dr. Wallace. We were taken to her office to discuss my son. She talked over me when I was trying to explain things. She disagreed with a lot questions I asked. Not impressed!!! Then we waited another 30min for my son to have the skin allergy test. All in all we were there 3 1/2 hours with a 1year old mind you!!!! As a doctor that deals with children should no better not to have such long wait times. If you have bloodwork done and you cant make it for an to talk about blood/allergy results, she charges $250 per hour to talk on the phone!!!!! Its been 1week since ive asked for my son's bloodwork results and STILL dont have them!!!! Unbelievable!!!! I will NOT be going back to Dr. Wallace! Very unsatisfied!!!

I would NOT recommend this DR. My first gut instinct on my initial visit was that I was in the wrong place. It was a lengthy wait, about 31/2 hours of which maybe 15 mins were spent with thr DR. Most time was spent discussing payment, office policy, watching an allergy video, and waiting for Dr. Wallace. Next visit..red flags were waving all over. I found that she does not listen to the patient, clearly does not like to be asked questions. And when she does answer it's as if you asked a stupid question. This a GOOD doctor does not make.(It seems)that her ego outweighs her ability to possess the character qualities of a doctor you would trust to treat you. Dr. Wallace, I think it's retirement time for you. I'm sure at one time you were in your prime..seems you lost interest in why you are there. (The Patient)

She is very close minded and has no time to listen to your perspective. Even though she said she couldn't help before examine me, she gave me a full exam so she could charge my insurance.

I was 6 months pregnant and had 1.5 year old son suffering from severe food allergies to cow milk and eggs. Made me wait over 45 minutes and overall session 4hrs. With just a simple family/personal history she recommended nebulizer treatments because he "asthmatic" (he had cold and cough). Couldn't do allergy testing, which was my primary goal, sent me home with tons of meds for asthma. Didn't trust her judgement, went for 2nd opinion and Dr explained that all allergic children are at risk of asthma but by no means should they be given that strong meds without more study of pt.She's too quick to prescribe medicine to children and doesn't have good bedside manner. She didn't answer questions about meds, stating he needed them and no risks, and left assistant to explain. Did research at home and there were a lot of side effects especially with the steroidals. Do not recommend for children with all years of "expertise!" Not empathetic. Shouldn't see kids. Sorry but had to write the truth!

Took three hours on first visit for administrative check in, video tape sales job and a perfunctory physical. The doctor missed that I had bronchitis during the physical. Second visit: I left after waiting an hour. This lady should not be dealing with sick people.
