Dr Griffin is the best doctor Ive ever had : kind patient and listens carefully. Ive taken my children to him as youngsters, he's helped survive divorce and cancer - Im in my 70s now and have moved 2hrs away but still go back to see him from time to time as he is so approachable when I need to talk any medical issue through . Sometimes have to wait but thats because he gives everyone the time they need and is willing to consider the whole picture rather than 'ONE question/item per visit". He is a very dedicated doctor.

Dr Griffin is so kind,gentle, caring & empathetic yet so professional. He has always made me feel so comfortable. He is so thorough & never rushes his patients. Even though he doesn’t always run on time, he is well worth the wait!

Dr Ben Griffin is an excellent doctor, you literally could not ask for more. Sometimes you do have to wait a while, but this is because Dr Griffin takes the time to really get to the bottom of your issues, and emergency bookings. Its annoying, sure, BUT if you have an emergency, he'll always fit you in, so its understandable. Genuinely a good, caring person, that goes the extra mile. His support staff are lovely and a pleasure to deal with, overall its about the best experience you could have at a doctors office :)

Ben Griffin = A model GP. Top bedside manner. Prioritises need to use his time equitably and effectively. Cares. Is compassionate. Gentle. Willingly goes the extra mile. In 70 years and many locations, I've never met a better GP.

Ben Griffin is the best GP Toowoomba has. You will never find a more caring, kindhearted human being.He is very knowledgable. He won't leave anything to chance, he follows through with everything. We have been seeing him for nearly 15 years. We will eventually relocate to Victoria and I know that we won't find any GP as good as him. In fact I could see us jumping on a plane to see him if we had too. Comes highly recommended!
