He gives allergy relief medicine for long time without doing any test.

Needing to be seen for possible skin cancer. I expected to have some time before I could get in like everyone else. But they worked me in same day that I called. Very knowledgable about my history by the time I got there. Noticed problems that I wasn't aware of. Awesome bedside manner.

I was referred to Dr. Monks office due to a skin condition that was causing severe pain; while trying to schedule an appointment I was told it was either the next day or three months from now. Appointment was schedule at 10:30 and I did not even get seen until an hour later.

Appointments are made due to our working schedule, there is a complete disregard for anyone else's schedule but his own. He met with pharmaceutical reps for an extended period of time which pushed all his appointments behind.

When asking the staff approximately how much longer until I would be taken back, they brushed me off like I was not important and that I was bothering them. I am sorry but your job is contingent on the patients. Absolutely horrible office staff and doctor.

Dr. Monks is helpful. He concentrates on what the issue seems to be and offers suggestions for treatment. He seems to respect his patients concerns. The office is very good at calling back promptly if you have a question.
