I have had one rootcanal and a consult on a second. After the first rootcanal and filling, the dead tooth subsequently split off one side and is now recommended for removal. The consult on the second involved Dr. Yue whacking the suspect tooth with enough force to cause damage. There was no need for a root canal at the time but it did subsequently develop problems ( i suspect directly from the blow by the metal pipe) including the filling at the time falling out about a year later and the tooth breaking up.

I absolutely fear to visit a dentist; the sound and the smell are horrible to me. Unfortunately I have visited dental clinic about 14 times this year already. ? Luckily, my dentist is very good but Dr. Yu is even better. I didn’t even feel the needle. You can tell he is very experienced. He is also friendly and has a sense of humor. The clinic is also very clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Yu.

I didn't experience any problems from the staff. The receptionist that i got was very friendly but she did look ever worked, phones ringing, other people going in and out. But over all i do feel that the staff were friendly and easy going. With Dr. Donald Yu, i did have to wait for a while to be seated, but when you look at it, this place is a very busy office. Dr. Yu is absolutely a delight to have as doctor. Im an terrified of needles and he was very gentle. He does tend to talk a lot but it he would always try to make my experience bearable. I would highly recommend this office as a root canal specialist. If i have any problems with my tooth, i would go to him first.

I was not looking forward to two root canals but it was not as traumatic as I thought and I would go back to Dr. Yu again. He answered all my questions.

Office won't accept insurance up front - you must pay first and then collect from your insurance provider, this was not told to patient before appointment. Office staff rude to patients in office and on phone.
