She was very Rude and condescending. Said all children with physical appearance problems aren't affected by it. Just the parents. Not helpful or compassionate. Would not recommend her. If you don't know about a unique condition, don't pretend to know.

I waited one hour and fifty minutes for the doctor to see my daughter. After 80 minutes I went out and asked if the doctor was in the office and informed them that my appointment was scheduled for 80 minutes ago. They said she was behind and would be with us shortly. 30 minutes later she showed up with her laptop cart and intern. She did not apologize for being late or acknowledge our almost two hour wait. She spent more time typing an information sheet for me than verbally communicating my daughter's condition to me. I spent most of the time talking to the back of her head. Overall it was a frustrating experience. The receptionist was very nice, but the office lacked charm for their pediatric patients. We spent almost two hours in a small exam room waiting. As you can imagine, that is extremely challenging with a four year old. It took me over two months to get into see her and I felt unimportant.

I am very disappointed with this doctors office. I was told since my son was a new patient to call on May 11 to make an appointment. Well I called and they were so understaffed that I had to leave a message. They never called me back, so I called today and they said to call back in June because they were no longer taking new patients. The lady I spoke to basically tried to evaluate my son over the phone and told me what I was doinv was wrong. But to me I think I am doing something right because his skin is showing improvement everyday. In my opinion how does she know whats right she is not a doctor and she has never seen my sons skins. I would not recommend them to anyone and I guess they do not want my business.

Dr. Siegfried is known for handling "the worst" cases. She does run late sometimes because she will spend as much time as she needs to deal with each case and she will continue until its fixed. As a mother with children that have challenging skin, I find it is more than worth the wait to get a Dr. to help. She is friendly and very knowledgeable!

My daughter is a very unique case. We found our way to Dr. Sigfried after exhausting the knowledge of other MD's. Her punctuality is poor because she spends so much time with her patients, especially the very difficult cases. She will stay with a difficult problem and not brush you off like other MD's will. She is the best pediatric dermatologist in St. Louis.

Doctor was 2 hours late for the first appointment, leaving my wife to handle 3 kids during this time. She simply prescribed yet another cream for my daughter, which she did not tolerate. We were forced to make an appointment right away for six months later, and my wife had no way to enter it into her calendar. They did not provide a reminder card or phone call, and (surprise) we accidentally forgot. We then received a bill for $50 for missing the appointment. I tried to work with the staff, telling them that I did not believe I should have to pay $50 for receiving no services. Staff was rude, promised to talk to the doctor and call back. Instead of a call back, I was turned into collection. Further calls were either not returned or resulted in the staff member hanging up on me. This is unforgivable service. This doctor would rather receive her income through fooling people into missing appointments than from actually helping people. Her time is more valuable than yours. AVOID
