Dr. O has provided my son and family excellent care. My search for a doctor who is educated AND a thinker as well as supportive of breastfeeding, parental decision making, and loving and caring well for little people came to a stop right here. He encourages me to continue nursing my darling toddler as long as possible and makes suggestions to better the health of my child in a sensitive and considerate way. He is tolerant of my decision to space my son's vaccinations. We moved recently and plan to continue to drive the distance so my son can receive the personal and helpful care that Dr. O gives.

Dr. O. is fantastic! As a parent, you want the very best for your children. We tried three different pediatricians before hearing about Dr. Oberholtzer from another mother, and have been with him for 6 years now. My kids adore him, and like others have commented here, he truly does have a wonderful bedside manner, and a very kind heart. We are so grateful for having found him! All his advice has been spot on, and the office staff is professional, polite, and well organized. Thank you to Dr. O.!

Dr. O is a truly fabulous doctor. My boys are totally comfortable with him and I trust him completely. His bedside manner is incredible and he listens to every word with an open mind. I have never had to wait to see him and the staff is always nice and professional. This is our 4th pediatric office and by far the best!

Dr. O is by far the best pediatrician in Davis. He comes to the hospital on his days off to see "his" newborns. He is patient and listens. He is also very encouraging and supportive of breastfed babies and toddlers. I highly recommend Dr. Oberholtzer!

Dr Oberholtzer is one of the best pediatricians is this area, period. His bedside manner is second to none. I have never had to wait past my appointment time in the 5 years I have been seeing Dr Oberholtzer. I recommend him to all the parents I know.

Love him! He's very attachment parenting oriented and completely respected our wishes not to vaccinate. My son really seemed to like him and his nurse was very friendly as well. Would recommend to parents looking for a more natural-minded pediatrician.

Playpin Tantrum. I made an appointment for a new born screen. At the end of my appointment, it seemed as though something was amiss. I asked "is this a newborn screen?" He replies "oh no, i dont do those" !? I comment that I made an appointment for a newborn screen. What if there was a problem with my child and we didnt do one. Not angry, I just felt he should be made aware of the situ. He calls me later in the eve and suggests that I should find somebody else!? I make an appointment with Michael Reinhart in the same office. From the get go, its apparent that I am blacklisted and treated like a backwards hippie because I chose a home birth and I feel its not necessary to vacinate a 10 day old infant for Hep B. Sutter Davis Pediatrics has not been a positive experience. Im moving on.

We found Dr. O through a friend's recommendation. He was always extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he always takes your opinions and concerns seriously. Highly recommended; too bad we had to move.
