Albert Attia is an excellent doctor, knowledgeable and reliable. He's been my father's doctor for many years as well as being the doctor for the NY Philharmonic when they travel overseas. There is usually a substantial wait in the office, but the security is worth it.

Long wait time and unecessary office visits? - hassan? - Dec 5, 2008 I visited Dr. Attia twice. The first time I went to his office, I waited 1.5 hours before he saw me. He conducted blood tests (which I had already done with another doctor so I didn't see the point) and asked me to revist in two weeks. He did not agree to provide me with test results over phone. I went to revist two weeks later and again had to wait 1 hour 40mins before he saw me for 45 seconds to tell me my results were fine and charged my insurance an office visit fee -- with doctors like these no wonder the national health care costs keep rising
