He showed no interest in knowing about my previous attempts at pain relief or the opinions of any medical professionals I had previously seen. His diagnosis had already been eliminated by several other doctors and physical therapists, yet he persisted in treating me for that diagnosis with absolutely NO relief on my part. He treated me like he couldn't be bothered to listen to me. I got the impression that he thought I just wanted drugs when what I wanted was RELIEF from extreme pain, at least enough relief that I would be able to sleep.
