Precise, to the point, explained everything to me during consultation, saw me in the hospital before procedure and waited until I woke to explain results. Great experience

First visit was good, second visit he was arrogant and threw my chart.. Apparently he has been told to get his act together by Hfirst

Absolutely god awful. I have had multiple scans and procedures done here and they still do not know what I wrong with me. I have spent so much money just trying to find a reason as to why I’m in so much pain. They do not put the patient first. I have requested medical records over 4 times and I didn’t receive them. You definitely have to be your own advocate because they do not care about your well being here. I have been a patient for two years and nothing has changed. Do not recommend. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Dr Hughes was very good when I was in the hospital with a GI bleed. However, his office staff is absolutely the worst. I was having a complication from a procedure and called, twice. Gave them a land line number because of cell phone problems. Someone eventually called back on cell phone, which didn't show up on phone until the weekend. Three days later and still can't reach him. Going to another doctor.

Dr. Hughes takes his time when discussing your issues and is very, very knowledgeable and professional. He is very easy to talk to and he asks pertinent questions and answers all my questions and concerns.

I would recommend Dr.Hughes to anyone. He was the only Doctor willing to dialate my esphogus without meeting me. I needed one ASAP and he was right there! He was very nice and explained everything to me. He even stood next to me when I was crying and scared until they put me under. Love this Doctor!
