I have not been very happy with this office. I've been a patient with the clinic for some years and my original doctor passed away. Now the practice is not run very well. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. I was waiting on a test result and received a message from the assistant who only said to call. I called three times, only to be put off for three days to find out that everything was fine. It's like we are on their time and we are an inconvenience to them! I think this medical office needs some drastic improvement in patient care and customer service.

Customer Service needs to strongly be worked on. Whenever I call in the person receiving the calls (more than once) has been rude and unprofessional. There is just a decorum with the assistants and phone service that needs to be improved.

Dr.Oba is ok if you can get to him. the support staff is rude and uncaring and do not return calls.They mix up information on if a test is in or not and then you dont hear anything back. You are the one that has to continually follow up. Not good!

The staff, including the office manager needs to learn a thing or two about good customer sercice. Doctor Oba is an excellent physician, but the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. They act as if they are doing patients a favor when in reality, patients are paying their salaries.

I am extremely disappointed with this office and a recommended specialist. PA's assume responsibilities that are not within their realm. (Due to one's referral my body is worse off than prior to) Several issues have not been addressed because I have not seen THE DOCTOR; only a PA! Other staff members are uninformed of patient's current condition and give unsuitable advice. I won't be returning...
