Dr. Ameli sets the gold standard for medical care. He is patient, kind, insightful, caring, and cares for not only me, but extends his care and explanations to my family members who accompany me to my visits. He takes the time and explains what he is doing in clear language that everyone understand, whether for 15 minutes or for 30 minutes. I am now seeing Dr. Ameli at his new practice - KE Centers for Advanced Medicine. It is across from St Martin Hospital on Warm Springs Road.

I truly fell he is as good as they come if you want a true by the book cardiologist. He is up to date on treatment, drugs and methodology.

Dr Ameli was my doctor for a few years when I became concerned about a heart problem. He does seem very friendly and concerned. He also scheduled a large battery of expensive tests over and over. He also scheduled me for a consultation with a partner who I was warned was in favor of very invasive testing procedures.

Has been my cardiologist for several years. Very kind and concerned, listens to my issues and makes suggestions. Office staff in the past put my blood pressure up before I even got in the room, often being very careless when taking my BP and talking to each other about what they did last night with their boyfriend instead of taking care of me. Last time I went it was much better, a whole new crew although it's frustrating that each MD doesn't seem to have their own assistant, so when you call for lab results it's hit and miss who you get. He's a great guy though, and I have no plans on changing.
