I had upper and lower eye surgery under local anesthesia (lidocaine injections) with Dr. Bassin in 2017 and I am still suffering from a horribly painful and traumatizing experience. The scars on the eyelids are visible and thick and I have suffered from severe dry eye and irritation since then. One of my eyes does not close completely when I sleep. I have to constantly use eye drops and my eyes and eyelids are always red making me look tired all the time. In the morning my eyelids are stuck to my eyes because they are so dry. This procedure has only cause depression, anxiety and low self esteem. Choosing Dr. Bassin as my surgeon was the worst decision I have ever made!! Don't let him touch your eyes!

I received two treatments. DOT therapy which my friend who recommended I try this for upper /lower lip lines, after speaking with the Dot therapist advised it is the best treatment for this problem. I had my whole face treated at a coat of $2,500. Can I say I am not just disappointed but very angry. The Dot treatment has not addressed ANY of my issues which were lines,hyperpigmentation and lip & eye lines. I obviously didn’t expect them all to disappear but nothing has changed. It entailed feeling very uncomfortable for over a week, at which point I was hopeful, after this my skin did feel clearer - unfortunately this only lasted about 3 weeks and now I am back to how it was only my skin actually looks more wrinkled and dry. I followed every instruction. I also had an eye infection straight after the procedure which I was told was due to the eye covers they use scratching my cornea? Again more expensefor antibiotics! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I also had NTURALFIL I was a little happier with this procedure but really it only improved the marionette lines, the filler to improve sunken under eye now just looks like eye bags and filler in upper/lower lip( very painful) is slightly improved in lower but still wrinkles. I do not think I even had very severe lines so expected better results. I expressed my concerns to Dr Bassin who didn’t want to know, they only want to know positive comments. Left feeling a lot lighter in my pocket with very little results. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I my opinion Roger Bassin MD is the best of the best. After 2 botched procedures with other Doctors. I found Dr bassin he was honest and straight forward. Put in the time and effort to help me get the look I was after.

I have had 2 procedures at Bassin Center. Its really like family their for me now. Always helpful kind and best of all . Roger Bassin does great work be it my eyes or legs . It is all good.

Dr. Bassin will put you at ease the moment that you meet him. I had made the appointment on the spur of the moment, and, a few days later, I was questioning myself--what if it goes wrong, what was I thinking etc. Those thoughts quickly evaporated when I met Dr. Bassin. He shows you before and after pictures, and walks you through the procedure of what he will be doing. All I know is that it was the one of the very best decisions that I have ever made. Dr. Bassin will have you looking your very best! After the procedure, I then went to see Amy, who performed the Lazer Dot Therapy on me. She also will put you at ease--imagine not having any more acne scars or sun damage to your face--sounds good huh? Well, it is good, and I feel and look amazing!!! Thank you Dr. Bassin and Amy!!!

Felt comfortable and the staff were really sweet. I was scared of the process . But it actually never felt uncomfortable. The surgery went with no problems. I guess the real question is how I look now. My husband says I look awesome.

I was ashamed of my appearance all my later life. I stayed in the background because I felt everyone was talking about me and my severe deep wrinkles. I finally decided I was going to do something about it for me and feel better about myself. I received a Lazer facelift and DOT Laser Therapy. With the Lazer facelift, the first 24hours was very uncomfortable. But Dr. Bassin, Nancy and his staff are the most caring, wonderful and sweet people you could ever have. My results are Wonderful!! I had a lower eyelid procedure in May 2016 which was unsuccessfully. A second procedure was done to fix the first procedure which was also unsuccessfully. I went for a follow up in December 2016 and I was told by the doctor that he's unable to fix my eyes and that I should not go to another doctor to try and fix it. At least he did the honorable thing by giving me a refund. So, now I'm walking around with bags under my eyes that are worst than before I had the procedure. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR.
