DR is a FRAUD and should be ashamed of himself , He is a sellout and doesn't care about you....... Just wants to make sure Workcover keeps sending him patients .

I was pleasantly surprised by this Dr after reading reviews here.
He explained his role as workcover IME very clearly as well as what workcover needed to do to get me back to work.
He listened to what I had to say, asked pertinent questions and gave me some much needed reassurance.
Overall, a great outcome.

In 1982 I had my spinal fusion done by Dr Dodd for spondylolisthesis(I think that is correct spelling). Excellent result . I am now 72 and still play A grade tennis A great surgeon

Repaired my achillies about 15 yesrs ago.
Had my leg out of plaster on a Thursday. On the Sunday I walked from my bathroom to the bedroom catching my heal on the edge of the step. The back of my ankle split open, re snapping my achillies. As it was Easter the after hours doctor stitched me up. On the Tuesday my physiotherapist sent me to a surgeon in Brisbane who operated again on my achillies, telling me there was slip put between the achillies and the skin the first time.
I rang Dr Dodd's surgery to tell them I would not be paying the medi bank gap. I never heard a word back from Dr Dodd. My ankle has been great for many years but all of a sudden it had started to give me grief. All because of such a shoddy job done by Dr Dodd.

Very easy man to talk to. Explained my rights far more than case manager. Was spot on with diagnosis and outcome. Overall I thought a fair assessment of my problem.

Obviously you cannot please everyone. I know this doctor. Absolute top integrity and knowledge. In the workcover arena you cannot please allcomers as the field is tainted by outright malingerers and conmen. I suspect most of the complaints come from these people. I should know . I work in the industry. It looks as though the last chap had 2 bites of the cherry. That has got to raise suspicion of motive

I can’t believe the adverse comments. This guy is spot on. You may not like his opinion but in my case I knew he was fair although not entirely favorable to me. His arguments are balanced and logical. I know for a fact he is not contracted to any work over or insurance company and that is easily checked. If unhappy ask for another opinion as I did and the second opinion was identical to his.

A wolf in sheeps clothing. Be very careful of this man. He will use anything to assist insurance companies, even 35 year old abuse matters. Disgraceful!
