I have been using this office as my general dentist for almost four years now and today I reached my end with them. Their staff have no sense of professionalism and knowledge of information, this has been going on for sometime. This is my second interaction with the office where I have left fed up with them. The first encounter was with the removal of my wisdom teeth when the Dr. left four holes in mouth with out stitching them. I am aware that the chose of closing by the use of stitching is based on the dentist However, I told the dentist not only am I anemic and have a poor immune system I do not heal fast. Which as I predicted led to my mouth bleeding a week straight and two months out I was still bleeding occasionally. I called the office within the initially week for them to stitch it, they gave me and appointment and told me to come in, I came in and they had me sitting in the chair for almost an hour and no one came. I went to the front desk and asked if someone was coming they said they are all with a patient. How can you schedule someone I arrive for my slot and have me waiting for that long with that excuse. Fast forward to now. The office has an orthodontist. One that apparently does not do fitting for retainers. Which baffles me since that is one of the major things an orthodontists addresses. So Christy the assistant that answer the phone told me I would have to take my services to another office to get my retainer. So I restated my question in case she did comprehend what I was saying. I asked “ I can not go through your office to get a new fitting for a brand new retainer.” Her reply was “ we do not do that here, I asked and “they” said the same thing.” So I asked to speak to the informative all of a sudden now there is no one else to speak to, no one can answer my question. The office claims to provide all you dental needs yet it is a constant battle to just schedule a simple consultation appointment. Mind you last year I had this same meeting with THE DENTIST and they were the one to tell me to schedule the appointment with their orthodontist for a new fitting. I call back and they have me on hold for 5 minutes so I call with another number and they answer.....you are a business not a high school hotline avoiding callers.
