I had made the first appointment of the day (8.00am) with this Dr to see my son before he went to school. We sat there until 8.45am and we had still not been seen. I asked the staff if we would see him very soon only to be told he had not arrived yet and is always late for his patients. I had to leave the surgery without even seeing a Dr. I have seen him before and his people skills leave a lot to be desired. Unfortunately I can not trust this Dr and I will not be going back to see him again ever. Some of the other Drs at this clinic are great.

He rushes patients through, seems more concerned with overall profit than the actual patient. His injections seems almost too painless. Although front desk staff are excellent and professional, other Doctors there very good too. Bring back Dr Archos and his Jacket.

never on time.rushes through appointment. doesnt listen to all symptoms and only prescribes his favorites even if they cause side effects. does not seem to have a good knowledge of medications. gets very argumentative if told medication causes side effects.senior staff more helful than doctor in advising possible treatments.

I went to Robert Taylor about five years ago when I had an outbreak of warts on my fingers. I'll never forget how he dealt with it. After I explained my condition he wordlessly left the room and got the dry ice gun. He proceeded to blast not only the warts on my fingers and hands but all of the wart-free sensitive skin in between. He didn't explain how to care for the skin afterward. I was left with bleeding, weeping, burnt hands. I wrapped them in bandages and had to take a week off my hospitality job. I was in so much pain. The treatment failed to get rid of the warts. When I went to another medical centre in Coorparoo for treatment they were horrified at what Taylor had done to my hands. i still have some scarring. They also figured out that I had an iron deficiency, which was one of the reasons why Taylor's initial burning didn't work. He is not the kind of doctor who would ask questions and figure out a thing like that. His people skills are terrible, and so are his medical skills

Failed to diagnose simple scabies infection after 2 visits...Had 3mths of hell as a result. I was diagnosed literally in first minute of seeing a specialist who was shocked the obvious signs had not been identified. Also you no longer sit down than he's written a script and sent you out the door again.
