Dr. Thousand was patient and kind, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I felt very confident in her abilities and she and her staff were incredibly helpful in putting me at ease. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate OB/GYN.

Dr. Thousand was my main OB and I also had a high risk OB during my pregnancy. She was absolutely horrible. Her behavior was unbelievably unprofessional and she dismissed my concerns about preterm labor. I asked to see her in the ER after her moron medical student who could not work the contraction monitor told me I was having no contractions. This wasn't my first pregnancy! I asked for her to come in and she did and she actually *rolled her eyes* at me and sent me home. I got a second opinion and I was indeed in full blown premature labor having contractions every 2 minutes. I would not trust her with caring for a pet rat.

She discounted EVERYTHING I had to say, refused to even look at my ultrasound pix--could have cared less! (found out after she was about to leave the practice--go figure) Said basically it was all in my head and said to go back on BCP. Turned out I had Edno, Adno, and Fibroids. She is a hack and I wouldn't see her if my pelvic cavity were in flames. She wouldn't know what to do!!! She was horrible and apathetic. I was shocked at how cold she was.

Dr. Thousand has been extremely helpful and compassionate in helping me cope with my infertility issues. She has scheduled me in for last minute appointments/tests, has listened to my concerns and responded, and has a wonderful staff who actually return calls in a timely fashion! I would recommend her to anyone who needs someone who actually listens!
