Dr. Kim and staff are incredible! This is the only medical office that I visit where there is zero stress. Staff are awesome. Dr. Kim is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am very grateful to have this team assisting my family.

He is an excellent dentist in knowledge, care and bedside manner. However, he can be a bit nervous when he tries to fix your teeth, apologizing to you. He is very nice. I've been a happy and satisfied patient for years. Would recommend him.

I had a great dentist for many years but he retired. I was referred to Dr. Kim and I'm glad I was. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. My 1st visit was emergency visit during Covid. He and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that all the safety protocols were in place throughout his office. I didn't think he'd be able to repair my crown but he persisted and I haven't had an issue since. His entire staff is very pleasant, professional and accommodating. If you are looking for a great Dentist, I strongly recommend Dr. Kim and his amazing team.

Total dentist phobia! He is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He is SO gentle and explains everything in detail...he has such a big heart and empathy for his patients. Would absolutely recommend him... he is the best!!

Dr Brian Kim and his staff are all amazing! They are polite, kind and very professional . You can sense Dr Kim’s genuineness and kindness just by talking to you. I highly recommend their office. If anyone in Niagara who’s looking for a great dentist look no further. I am happy that I am under their care for my oral health.

Honestly....Dr Kim and his staff are amazing. Super polite, super clean office. I was once at Lowe's lifting something heavy in the back of my car, and recognizing me, he stopped to help me.
