I’m not a psychiatrist, but this doctor should not be practicing medicine. She should be an inpatient in a psychiatric hospital permanent. I would implore the governing medical board review her license to practice medicine. She will unethically keep patients alive who have no quality of life, she will make an aggressive argument that she alone can bring them back from their advanced dementia/cancer/degenerative disease but essentially keeping people on life support to continue to bill her hours. She talks to patients like they are puppies. Seriously, she speaks to them like you would a new dog who just peed on the rug. She makes up issues that don’t really exist to make herself seem more important but doesn’t actually make sense. This doctor only cares about herself and will sacrifice patient care to play games to satisfy her deranged ego. Hopefully this doctor will retire and focus on a profession where she never speaks to people. Do yourself and your loved one a favor and run. run hard and run fast from this “doctor.”

If the person you care about is important to you, then I would potentially consider another service provider. There is a definite lack of emotional intelligence exhibited, which definitely important when you're dealing with people in fragile conditions.

She was a "friend" to my mother. For every ache and pain she pointed to her advanced age, even when she was not all that old. She never gave her advice that would have prolonged her life/health. She refused to take my questions seriously. This year my mother switched doctors. Gets excellent care, but unfortunately has advanced metastatic pancreatic cancer and is dying.
