My first OBGYN that I had for a very long time delivered my children and shortly after my last child he was going to retire. It was the dreaded time to find and trust a new OBGYN. Someone recommended an OBGYN to me so I gave them a try, the office staff wasn't very helpfully or friendly and didn't really care for the OBGYN and her beside manners. So it was back to find a new doctor, Once of my friends recommended Dr. Canova and said give her a try and I was very nervous wonder how things were going to go. I have now been with Dr.. Canova for a few years and I can say her staff is very friendly and helpful at both locations. Dr. Canova has a wonderful bedside manner and actually takes the time to listen to you and explain things. She is the one of best OBGYN I have ever had. I hope I never have to change doctors again. I would highly recommend her.

I was there for my annual check up. A pregnancy test was taken without my knowledge or approval. Very unethical. Will not be returning.

Did not have a good experience. Waited in the waiting room for almost an hour. She made the appointment very rushed even though I was seeing her for an important issue. After a rushed pelvic exam, she told me I had a condition and then left me there, no instructions to follow up/new prescriptions/info on the condition. Her staff is nice but won't be returning.

Everyone in the office is very nice. The only major issue I have is when it come to calling in prescriptions it takes them 2 to 3 days to call them into the pharmacy. If you happen to be on Birth control pills it throws your whole cycle off. Very frustrating. I wish they would just print out the RX and I can bring it to the pharmacy myself.

I have been with dr. canova for years and she is wonderful and she helps me with a lot and never gives wrong results and she helped me through ovary cyst burst scare she is the best Ogbyn I have ever been to

Been with this doctor for years. Got me through a surgery and out of a cancer scare. Stood with me holding my hand until I fell asleep for the surgery. Kind, caring, respectful and knowledgeable. Very very disheartened she no longer delivers babies.

The doctor and staff were very friendly - I was very pleased. I felt very comfortable the whole time, everyone really made me feel at ease. Dr. Canova has a wonderful bedside manner and actually took the time to listen to all my questions and answered them all. Would definately recommend this practice to someone who is looking for a female doctor!!

She is a very good doctor. Too bad she can not deliver my baby( they do not do it any more...) Now I have to find somebody else and I am not sure if another doctor will be as good! Very serious,smart person!!!

Dr. Canova helped give me the birth that I dreamed about having with my daughter. She understood my preference for the most natural birth possible and allowed me to use natural methods of birthing as much as my birth would allow. I had a tremendous pregnancy and birth because of her care, as well as the rest of the doctors and midwives at All About Women.
