I would not recommend this place to no one...not friendly

I've had such a hard time making an appointment with them. I was released from the hospital for depression and told to follow up with Dr. Kurra. Her staff is just one woman, who is very unorganized. Every time I made an appointment, I'd call to confirm, and she'd say I did not have an appointment, or make up a date that I made an appointment on and missed. Which I knew was false. I place reminders in my phone, so I KNOW when I make appointments. And as for the doctor, Dr. Kurra. Mean, Mean, and CRANKY. She frankly seemed like she did NOT care about my problem. And reprimanded ME for her staff's mistake with appointments. And every time she asked me how I was doing, I'd start, and she'd cut me off and talk about something else. And when I told her I was taking Doxy-Cycline for acne she said "WHAT ACNE, You have perfect clear skin, its all in your head!". I told her I was wearing make-up. I mean obviously the Dermatologist wouldn't prescribe it if I didn't need it! I just don't recommend

As a new patient the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although I had to wait a little bit past my scheduled appointment, my wait was far less than I am use to with other doctors I have visited. The doctor asked thorough questions and was right to the point. She was also very good with explain the details of my treatment and with answering any questions I had. I am new to this treatment but 2 weeks in her program seems to be moving in a positive direction.

I have been very happy with Dr Kurra's care. She does not rush me and is responsive to my concerns.

The DR asked for $300 upfront and then submitted a check-off report for guardianship that a 7 year old child could have done. The judge laughed at the report. The DR is consultant to the nursing home and has seen the patient a number of time. I will contact the DR and hopefully she will be able to write a comprehensive report. Just pathetic is the only adjective to describe the report she provide me for $300 bucks. The report must have taken her at least 3 minutes to prepare.
