My father had lung surgery with Dr. Mican and did great. I am also a physician and can tell you first hand she is one of the finest and knowledgeable surgeons I have known. That is why she operated on my dad, and why I would recommend her to any patient without reservation.

These people are bad both as humans and as doctors

VERY knowledgeable doctor. Answered all our questions before we had to ask. We saw her for a lung cancer surgery and she was businesslike but friendly and extremely good at covering every area of concern we had. I have a background in the legal field and also checked with the lung doctor and internist who recommended her highly. I concur after meeting with her. The surgery was successful (so far) and she has been in to see the patient each day and answered all of our questions. Our family would recommend her highly and without reservation.
