I have had Dr Pugh (At first by my own choice) for 6 months . He will not listen to your ailments if it does not benefit his WC insurance paycheck. He will tell you that he doesnt do it for the money BLAH BLAH BLAH but once your in he will show you otherwise that he can care a less about your medical issues and will not adress any other issues whether related or not for WC. I know this sounds like a angry patient that just wants to make a bad review but i swear this is all unbiased and honest when i tell your he is in it for the benefit of the insurance carrier and not for his patients. Your call I will never be back again nor will i ever refer anyone to this so call dr. who somewhere along the way of a great career has lost his way putting his patients first. Rest of the staff were very nice and mostly professional with not long waiting times

I have used Dr. Pugh for a number of years and really like working with him. He is not one to rush you into surgery if there is something else that will work for you. I did have knee surgery done by him and don't even have any scarring.

Very nice doctor, but I have had to wait up to 1 hour and 45 min after my appointment time to see him!

I saw Dr Pugh years ago after I fell hard on my knee on a tile floor. I couldn't put any pressure on it like kneeling or even wear long pants or tights because it hurt so much. He gave me a thorough exam and told me I had bruised the bursa and it would heal in ~6 weeks. He was absolutely right and very nice. I think I may have started the skirts with bare legs fashion, by the way.

This doctor has no patience with patients. He treated me like I was bothering him. He was insensitive to the pain I was experiencing and didn't give me any advice as to how to get better. I will never go to him again.

I hurt my knee at physical therapy so I went to see dr Pugh, explaining that it hurt so bad I couldn't walk. he shooed me out of his office telling me that nothing was wrong with my knee and I should just go back to physical therapy.when physical therapy didn't work I went back to Dr. Pugh. He was angry that I came back to him. He treated me like I was being disrespectful. He gave me a knee brace and a prescription for shoe inserts. I asked him to get an MRI and he said that he didn't want to because he knew that nothing was wrong with my knee. I insisted on the MRI and when the results came back, the doctor left a message on my machine "just like I said, there's nothing wrong with your knee". He didn't give me any advice on what to do further, should I go see a specialist? When I took that same MRI to another doctor, that doctor told me that I had a torn meniscus. I took that same MRI to a different doctor who told me I had tendinitis of the quadriceps tendon and a possible
