I've seen Dr. Dutil periodically for about 7 years now. She kind, thorough, and is always spotting things I miss. Like most specialists she's busy but always fully addresses and examines things and answers any questions I might have.

Sometimes she's been late and sometimes mostly on time. Last time I waited maybe 15 minutes. The next person maybe waited more because she decided to do the biopsy right then. I'm glad she did though and so understand if she is sometimes late.

Albany Clinic doesn't have the most charming receptionists and support staff, but I don't mind because I like Dr Dutil and my regular physician a lot.

I have seen her a few times and she has always been thoughtful and taken the time to explain the condition and options. If she gets behind schedule, it’s most likely because if you need a biopsy, she will do it then and there instead having you schedule another appointment for another day. This is far more convenient for the patient being treated, maybe less so for those in the waiting room. But knowing that I would get the same immediate service if I were the one needing the biopsy makes the occasional longer wait seem insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

She has been the best listener and helpful doctor. I have been seeing her for few occasions and no she cannot heal everything but still heals and helps and has advice that works. A+++

Staff are rude. Booked An apt 2months in advance and was told when I arrived that there was no apt.

Often types while seeing you; doesn't have much time for patients like she used to years ago; often answers the question "What do you think this is?" with the answer "It could be this..."

I understand that docs can't always predict how long a visit will take, but the last time I visited Dr. Dutil I waited two hours for an appointment I had pre-booked months in advance. And that is not an anomaly. I wonder how she'd feel if I started billing for MY time!

Dr Dutil is wonderful. Yes, she often falls behind in her appointments, but that is because she takes her time examining and discussing your options with you. I have a rare chronic skin condition, and she does her best to stay current with the treatment options available.
