Amazing doctor! Reception staff need to be increased. Wait time to check in or pay is ridiculous.

I would not think of going to anyone else. He is professional and explains everything before the procedure. Trust him 100%.
There have been a few long waiting periods but based on the clinic this should be expected at times . He is a specialist. It's worth it.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have seen Dr. Rosen a few times in the cosmetic clinical setting and he is wonderful. I am very happy with the results - he is very kind and professional. I also saw him to look at suspicious moles and he was great then too. You do have to wait longer if it is a medical referral.

Waiting time was way over one hour. The doctor was in a hurry not even want to give patient two minutes of explaining different alternatives, he was rude by saying that he had no time to explain as many patients were waiting. See him for less than one minute after over an hour waiting. Why not book less and take time at least explain the basics.

Dr. Rosen has managed potential and existing skin cancer issues for me very effectively over the past eight years. Really pleased to have Dr. Rosen as my dermatologist. He is very skilled, empathetic and efficient.

Dr. Rosen is fabulous, wonderful, marvellous, incredible. He is patient, understanding, sweet, kind, attentive and responsive. To say that he is knowledgable and talented is an understatement. He is an artist. He is a perfectionist. In his extremely capable hands my face is always a work in progress that he is striving to restore to its original youthful beauty. I like my face more and more after each visit to him. I feel more youthful, attractive and self confident about my appearance each time.

Dr. Rosen is a great specialist. I have visited him for several issues and each time he gave me his full attention. He also corrected a scar that was very painful and I'm totally satisfied. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The waiting time is normal for a specialist of this caliber. I found the staff to be very professional, smiling and always ready to help. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen.

I found Dr. Rosen very thorough. I have been to see him 3 times over the years. Have always found him very easy to talk to and thorough. I have had no issues in waiting times at all. The normal wait for a specialist. All in all i feel i am in very good hands.

If you want a clinic for Botox and other ways to look young you've found the right place. If you have a medical problem, not so much. I have had this condition for over a year. I waited months for this appointment. I was given 30 seconds or so to explain my back story. I was interrupted and talked over. He was very rushed. He wanted me to try expensive treatments, such as microgenesis. I'm medcically disabled and am on government assistance. He suggested I go see his staff selling skin care products behind me. I left with a prescription that I will try, but I'm going to ask my GP for a referral to an actual medically focused establishment and one that is less cosmetic. Maybe a doc that will give me a chance to speak. Dr Rosen was nice, just too busy and I don't feel like he even got to fully understand what had happened to my skin in the last year.
