Dr. Frouws is one of a kind when it comes to providing you care. She is so knowledgeable in not only women’s health, but in the gap in modern medicine that we now call Functional Medicine. I have had to be my own advocate when it comes to my own health; like most people we lack finding a family physician and the ability to have continuity in our care. Dr. Frouws will not only help you find answers, but also ask you the right questions to get you on the correct path to your well being. She is not only kind, but genuinely cares for you and your wellbeing.

I strongly urge you to consider exploring her care; as it has changed my perspective and has given me the hope I needed to move forward with my health.

I have nothing but admiration and respect for Dr. Frouws. She truly cares about her patients & demonstrates this with the time she puts in to hearing her patients concerns. She goes above and beyond for her patients.
Since moving to Kelowna I have had a family doctor that couldn't be bothered to do any investigating on symptoms I have had ongoing for years. Dr. Frouws has been extremely thorough in testing as well as punctual with follow up and treatments. Her knowledge and professionalism makes me feel confident in the care she provides. Her warm, kind personality is hard to come by in healthcare these days, which is such an added bonus in making her patients feel at home and comfortable to talk about anything regarding their health. I'd recommend her to anyone & everyone!

Dr. Frouws miraculously helped me with chronic pain from a car accident that had destroyed my quality of life for 1.5 years. Her gift is with hormone balancing, which affects mood, energy, weight, and pain tolerance. I absolutely adore her and she’s worth every penny!

If I could give Dr. Frouws 10 stars I would.
After 3 specialists, paying for a private specialist, thousands of dollars spent on unhelpful medications, and 5 years of disappointment, frustration and hopelessness, I gave up on ever finding a cure for a chronic infection that debilitated my daily life.
And then, I discovered that Dr. Frouws was back in Kelowna. She helped me 7 years ago with some hormone issues. I remember being so impressed with her thoroughness, knowledge and dedication.
In December 2022, within 15 minutes of seeing Dr. Frouws, she presented a theory on the type of infection that was devastating my life. She did some quick research, did some tests and prescribed 14 days of medication. As much as I respected her, I had been down this road with other doctors so many times, that I couldn't believe that this would work. Dr. Frouws took minutes on something I spent 5 years chasing answers for.
By day 10, the infection was gone. It hasn't come back. I can't sing her praises loud enough and I am grateful beyond measure. It's dramatically changed my life. My family and friends who have been on this journey with me, are shocked by what's happened. I tell them to spread the word about the best Dr. on the planet (I'm biased!)
Dr. Frouws is brilliant and she is curious. She wants to help and she will search until she finds an answer.

I went to Dr. Frouws as I have an immense amount of health issues that no dr could figure out. She charged me $265 everytime to talk for 10 minutes in which all she did was send me for blood work for months on end with no answers. She then went MIA half the time and id have to call the clinic eveyday, for her to get back to me WEEKS later. I had to constantly nag her to send in referrals for rheumatologists in which she forgot to tell me months later that I got denied due to her incorrect way of sending the fax. She was completely useless in every way and I highly recommend not wasting your time with her. I am now in $2000 of debt in which I got nowhere with my health.

I started working with Dr. Frouws about a year ago. From the outside, I appear to be a healthy and active 37 year old woman; but I just felt so "off". She listened to me with the intention of learning, was extremely detailed in my bloodwork, developed recommendations for me to work with optimizing my hormones, and took me seriously. While overall I've always been healthy, I was dealing with chronic constipation, bloating and digestion issues and poor sleep patterns, and skin problems. Throughout the last year of listening, testing and recommending a course of action, I feel like I have risen from the dead! Energy and optimization have been achieved and are consistent.
