Dr. Gill removed my bunion in January 2016. After the surgery I horrible pain in the left foot and was told my Dr. gill that this was normal only to have an internal sutra make its way through my skin which I pulled out myself. I sent Dr. Gill a picture of this and he simply thanked me for the picture. I went in in October 2016 for a follow up visit on,y to find out that my big toe on my right foot will never bend again. I spike with the doctor about "fixes" for this issue and he ask me to set an appointment to follow up on this after he did some research. I called back in late December to schedule an appointment only to find out that he was no longer there and they had no idea where he had gone. My feet are now far worse off then they were with the bunions and I feel the procedure was a hack job which left my feet in a worse state than before.

Great! Very detailed and professional. When you are in the exam room you are his center of focus, often behind because he takes so much time to insure too understand.

Dr. Gill diagnosed my torn meniscus and performed my arthroscopy. I cannot recommend him enough! Best orthopedic surgeon in the Charlotte area hands down! Office staff is a bit unorganized which can lead to longer than normal wait times. That aside he is one of the best doctors I have ever seen!

I would highly recommend Dr. Gill. Over three years ago, I needed a total hip replacement, and every office visit, the surgery, and subsequent visits were of the same, excellent quality of care. He has compassion, puts the patient at ease, and is very informative. My husband is also Dr. Gill's patient, and has had the same quality of care. We drive an hour to our appointments, but it is difficult to find a doctor Ike Dr. Gill, so we have ever considered changing doctors!

I highly recommend Dr Gill! He is a wonderful Orthopedic Dr who is kind and compassionate. He has helped me so much over the last 20 years. I suffered a horrible ankle injury in a car accident and my original diagnosis was grim. I found Dr Gill and am so blessed that I did! I have come more than twice as far as my original Drs said I would in recovery and I know it because if the skill and knowledge of Dr Gill. I don't know what I'd do without his and his staff. He is amazing and caring. His staff is so helpful and kind. I highly recommend him!!

I had an appointment with Dr Gill on October 23, 2014. I have a problem with my left foot, I had a torn ligament a while ago, went through therapy and wore a boot for a while. I think that my pain now could be relate to this injury, I am not able to stand or walk on that foot for a long time or step with it if going up or down any steps. After getting my Xrays Dr. Gill examine my foot and asked if they put a cast on it and I said no. He said that probably I need to have an MRI and would ask the nurse to get an approval from my Insurance Co to do so and would call me back when is done. I has been 3 weeks. I have called and can not get anyone to speak to, have left 2 messages and still have no answer. Very dissapointed on their follow up which leaves little to say at this point in regards to patient's care. I was please with Dr Gill and his staff but now I wonder about the last.

I have had chronic knee grinding for years but never thought I needed a doctor... Not until recently. I severely injured myself a few days ago and began a desperate search to find an orthopedist A.S.A.P. I called and called but only one place was sympathetic. Not only did they schedule me quickly, but they called me when an opening became available even sooner! Their very competent P.A. did my initial exam (and so patiently answered my annoying questions), and after his work-up, I met Dr. Gill who verified Danny's findings and discussed my options. It was my first time at their office, but each employee was gentle, kind and warm with me. Dr. Gill talked to me with such humility that you almost forget he is a surgeon. I am overweight and anticipated this appointment to be a lecture, but he never judged me once. Even though my prognosis wasn't great, I left very happy. Well, at least my degenerative knee problems will not make me a one time customer:)

On my first and only appt, I was put in an exam room and forgotten. At almost 2 hours after my appt, the staff had left and there was no one there even to tell me if he would see me. They did refund my money by issuing a check. No one ever apologized for my not being seen by Dr. Gill.I found another foot clinic.

Excellent, Knows his stuff, kind, polite, respectful, good bed side manner. His clinic does have trouble sticking to the schedule sometimes.In this field of egotists he is down to earth. Outstanding!

I saw Dr. Gill many times and it was not unusual to wait two (2) hours for him to see me. I think he is a sincere man and very knowledable about his profession. Treatment seems to get strung out; meaning, what is going to be done sooner or later should be happen sooner in my opinion. His lack of punctuality caused me to lose confidence in him.
