Dr. Castellanos and he staff are very helpful. I been at his office for carple tunnels on both of my hands and I can honestly that he has cured me. He is very knowledgable and savy in the field. He is well renown MD in Miami, in the United States and around the world. He has been guest speaker in multiple semminars. Dr.Castellanos is also board certfied as opposed to what other reviews here, he is Pain Management and Sports Medicine board certified. He is one of the kind, he is very caring for his patients and takes the practice of medicine to heart and takes his profession very very serious.

I went to Dr. Castellanos with terrible pain after another doctor had put me on a brace and it had not done anything. In two visits I was completely pain free and the pain has never returned! Wonderful!!!!

i ahve been suffering for yrs as time went by and so many times of pain meds to just get me up i found one er dr that saw and valadated i had been and am suffering it was like nooe heard me and she got me to this doctor and i felt relief just after him talk to me and he heard my plea and my difined explanation of my pain i could only say i felt like my body was an engine and it has seized up and it terrofied me well the treatment he has givin me has gave me hope that maybe i can regain the ability to do what should come natural like standing up so i recomend this man if you have been searching for an answer to pain this is a great place to start

Great doctor!!! Very professional and excellent human being. He treated me with respect and consideration. The treatment of ozone therapy worked on me, I feel greatful to meet Dr. Castellanos. I avoided a back surgery. I would recommend Dr. Castellanos to anyone in pain before considering a surgery.
