Dr. Shandera treated me better than any healthcare professional has treated me in my memory. He listened patiently to me and explained the procedure he recommended. He answered any fears I had about the procedure and the results. He also followed up by a personal phone call to me the day after the procedure to see how I was feeling. I was feeling great, thanks to his attention to detail and making sure that I was comfortable and getting the best treatment for my condition. When I emailed him with questions, he replied within minutes with the answers. I always felt that I was in good hands and trust anything he would recommend. The results of the biopsy were presented to me with great sensitivity and concern for my future treatment options. I believe he is an excellent urologist and a caring person.

Dr. Shandera and his staff are excellent at making you feel at ease, and are genuinely sensative to the anxiety patients may incur with certain procedures. The reception desk is efficient and spot on! Very well run and highly organized practice.
