Seeking help for multiple injuries as requested by my doctor. Much of time on holidays to which then quickly and abruptly hung up the phone.

The lady did not know whether it was morning or afternoon and yet it is 12:48 in the afternoon. It’s the small details that make the difference and choosing a physiotherapist within the Stratford area.

First impressions make all the difference. Unfortunately for Dr. Jeff Tuling and associates decided to hire the female front clerk was a big mistake on their end. Hence the poor review.

I was referred by friends who Dr. Tuling helped. I was curious if he could help me too and went for a few appointments and had shockwave, Gaston, and laser. I feel a lot better and he discharged me but I know I can call if or when I need to go back.

Dr. Tuling always makes time to listen to health concerns of my family and is eager to help correct issues that plague us.  

It's unusual to find a doctor who knows that even though a patient/client can be wearing smile... they can still be in tremendous pain, and he is always quick to get clients back on their feet, and experiencing increased quality of life.  

Dr. Tuling never tries to "upsell" products, or services, that are not needed.  Our other  chiropractors (before we found Dr. Tuling) used to try to make clients book every few weeks.  The most any family member went to Dr. Tuling is twice and only if we're REALLY bad.  Once for the adjustment, again for a tune-up, and then we just call him when we need help months later.  :)

He is respectful of his clients, and even though my family have went to his clinic for years, we always are amazed he remembers us - and calls us by name! - if we see him locally, doing errands, on weekends... Meanwhile he has hundreds of connections!

No matter how popular Dr. Tuling becomes as a chiropractor, he always seems to stay humble and kind during appointments; a rarity when others with his education and status may grow to disappoint their patients and become egotistical.  My family hope he never changes; we are so lucky to have this professional in our lives!  He's seriously the best chiropractor!  :D  His services are of a dependable quality, and he constantly has a positive attitude when helping us. :)

Have had a great experiences with Dr. Tuling and so has my daughter, he doesn't oversell and tells you right away if he can't help with your issue. Great personality and very friendly staff.

I suffered of chronic neck pain for a year and saw everyone under the sun to try to help me. It was so frustrating and debilitating. Then a friend recommended Jeff Tuling and it changed my life, literally. In one visit he already alleviated the pain. After a few visits the pain was gone. In addition he used Graston on me, a technique usd to break down scar tissue. You can't find this care elsewhere. He never does more tha he needs to and truly cares about about the patient. I would recommend him
to anyone without hesitation. He's the best out there!

Dr Tuling is the best chiropractor around! Always gets you in when your in pain! Fixes the issues with only a visit or 2! Always truthful and positive!!!

I was lucky enough to find Dr Tuling a few years ago. After spending a year going to another chiropractor weekly and still being in pain, it was a relief to find someone that can keep me pain free in just 3-5 sessions a year. He has NEVER made me feel uncomfortable or judged for being overweight, in fact just recently he assured me that a new issue I'm having is not related to my weight but is a simple injury. He has, when asked, given me knowledgeable advice on diet and exercise as it relates to my back issues that was very helpful.

I find him to be a nice balance of friendly and professional. While other chiropractors may make vague statements and beat around the bush, Dr Tuling has enough confidence in his training and knowledge to make a specific diagnosis and treatment plan. While I suppose some people may think that arrogant, the results speak for themselves; he diagnosed my issues, prescribed a treatment and maintenance plan, and got me out of pain.

His office is very well run by his friendly and helpful staff. Even though it's very busy I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time, but he never makes me feel rushed either. The couple times I've had emergencies they fit me in without hassle.
