Its hilarious that their website says "compassionate care." My wife has emotional history from an eating disorder and some debilitating stomach acid. This guy physically poked her in the belly and said "I'll bet" (apparently amused at himself or her BMI). It's an interesting view of customer service, but when she asked to reschedule with a female provider (reasoning that they might be more empathetic), they doubled down on the behavior and refused to schedule her.

Dr. Pelczar is an outstanding doctor. Very professional, caring and great bedside manner with his patients. Very upfront and honest. He personally follows up with his patients after surgery.
