Dr. Hillman and his staff came into our lives when my daughter was only 7 days old. My daughter has PKU and so needed a geneticist. We had no idea what PKU was or what it entailed until our daughter's diagnosis. We were so blessed that Dr.Hillman, his genetic counseler, Dawn Peck; and his dietician/nutritionist, Julie Grasela were assembled as a team for us. My daughter is thriving and its due in great part to Dr. Hillman and his wonderful team taking care of her. We look forward to our visits with them and while the situation that warrents the visits is no cause for celebration, they certianly make the best out of a bad situation. If you are in need of a geneticist I would gladly recommend Dr. Hillman, Julie and Dawn to anyone. On top of being wonderful at their jobs they are warm compassionate people who genuinely care about their patients.
