We have been to his office twice and we are happy of him as a doctor. His staff on the other hand is terrible. Dr is sweet and with a lot of acknowledge. Most of his staff are rude and think that they are more than everybody. Specially his office manager Donna she was insane rude, helpless, and lazy. The front desk ladies are super rude too. So far I've seen only one of the nurses to be nice. He could do so much better if he would pay closely attention to the terrible employees he has. I bet a lot of people with better customer service skills would love to work there

Dr. Ashley is an awesome doctor. The office staff is somewhat helpful, but for a doctor this high quality, I expected better office staff.

I cannot say enough good things about Doctor Ashley. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are getting the best care. He is a specialist in his field and is always educating himself on new methods and techniques to better serve his patients. He is kind and gentle making it easy for his young paitients to trust him. As a mother who has worked with him through multiple surgeries with my young sons I can honestly say this man is a engeniere in the field of pediatric urology and you will not find a doctor as dedicated to his patients.

Avoid seeing Dr. Ashley - after he preformed surgery on me, my urological problems got much worse. Dr. Ashley, his staff and the other doctors he was associated with at the time, all repeatedly had excuses and more excuses -they were never anywhere near being on time. After seeing another urologist, I learned through multiple testing that the surgery Dr. Ashley had performed on me had actually badly scarred the neck of my bladder and caused the narrowing of my urethra. I am now facing more surgery soon. in my opinion, Dr. Ashley should have his medical license taken away. Do yourself a big favor and find another urologist. Dr. Ashley can be hazardous to your health!

Dr. Ashley is simply one of the most wonderful doctors I have ever met. He saved my infant daughter's life, twice...and I know that the outcome could have been very different had he not be our physician. Our family is so grateful for both his expertise and his patient manner. You can tell that he truly loves his patients and takes them personally to heart. We will always sing his praises!
