Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable. Always helpful. Cares very much for his patients. Specializes in children with difficult problems. Very good diagnosing with others can't find an answer. I recommend him to anyone with allergies, asthma or sinus problems

Dr Harper is excellent with children of all ages, as well as adults. He is very kind and caring with all of his patients. He takes the time to answer all questions that you might have. His nursing staff is very knowledgeable and helpful to the patients as well as parents of the children see by him. The front staff has always welcomed me with a smile and hello.
