I've been going to this dentist for year. He is knowledgeable and punctual; however, in recent years I have noticed he is condescending and comes across as snarky when asked questions. I think he forgets that his patients are not dentists or hygienists so they are bound to ask questions. His staff are great with the exception of one, Saizal. She is by far the RUDEST individual I have ever come across. What's even worse is when I brought it to Dr. Cox's attention with specific examples of what she had said to me, his response, which was "ok", showed me he could care less. Following my experience with this dentist, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Firind Cox is a "magician" and his staff is"wonder team". He is an extremely talented professional with amazing dexterous dental skills . My all family members are his patients.

I just moved to the city and was recommended to Dr. Cox by a friend of mine. I honestly hated going to my previous dentist but now I am looking forward to my next check up with Dr. Cox and his staff! I cannot get over how happy and positive everyone at the office was. What a great environment!

The front desk is just plainrude. Dr. Cox is nice enough but his ego is something to be checked. While he is dentist, just giving out my thoughts on treatment but he would not even listen to it. Him and his assistant has something going on which is so unprofessional. I could see them on reflection of TV and when I have earbuds , sound is off. Stop with your hanky panky. Maybe that's why staff is rude. Too many funny business from work and billing.

I've been going to Dr. Cox for over 30 years and recommend him to anyone looking for a passionate and caring dentist. His skills are first rate. He has excellent support staff and hygenists. Parking is free for his patients.
