I have been with Dr Leverentz for about 30 years. He is Amazing! He listens to everything and takes the time necessary to deal with even the most unusual of medical issues. I can't begin to explain the confidence and trust I have in him.

staff is awful. Always hold for over 10 minutes if they answer the phone at all. Scheduling an appointment is difficult. There is no follow up.

Great doctor but his staff and office policies are the absolute pits. Sarscastic and no follow up skills whatsoever. Takes forever to arrange an appointment and the same goes for prescriptions. it is easier to get an actual script from the doctor when you are in his office.

I agree with the reviewers. Great doctor but lousy staff. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to get an appointment for a wellness physical, I finally had to look foe another doctor. It was a shame because I really like him.

Scheduling an appointment with this office is next to impossible. Voice mail every time. No call back until next day. If I miss their call back, I have to leave another message and wait another day. Totally ridiculous. When I finally am able to talk to someone, they tell me their appointment schedule for the next 3 months is coming out next week, and I need to call back then. I tell them that this is poor customer service. They tell me that I'm not a customer, I'm a patient. Infuriating! I finally go to their office in person to make appointment. 3 months later I go for wellness visit. Punctual. Dr. Leverentz is top notch. Takes time to listen and discuss all my health issues. Most thorough wellness exam I have ever had. Exceeds expectations. Dr. promises wellness exam report and lab work results next day. At checkout, report not available - staff promises to mail it. Should have known better. 3 weeks gone by. Lab results not sent. I have to go to office to get it.

Great doctor-love him but not his staff! Office practices need to be updated. To make an appointment, you are requested to leave a voice mail message which states "Your call with be returned in 24-48 hours." How uncaring and unprofessional can one get? No thank you.

I love this doctor. He replaced both my knees and I only have great things to say about him! But, his staff does need some work. All very nice BUT yes they do not schedule appointments very well at all! I have waited 2 hours for an appointment. I have walked out on other doctors because of this. Hopefully I will not need this great doctors service again. Please replace whom ever does your scheduling. PLEASE!

Love him. He is a doctor I could not live without. Knowledgeable and caring. You are not just a number with him. His staff is rude and hae dealing with them. But, he makes it worth it. He spends time with you and does not make you feel rushed. Unlike most doctors, if you have a symptom, he believes you and will not give up until he finds out what it is. Other doctors treat you like it is in your head. I would not want to go to another doctor ever. Truly a nice doctor that cares.
