Saw him at the Windsor clinic and really liked his friendly and calm demeanour. He slowly and clearly explained the type of medicine he prescribed along with potential side effects. I really appreciate that he didn’t rush me. 5 stars!

The Nuremberg Code states :

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This
means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent;
should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without
the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching,
or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient
knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved
as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.

This doctor has gone against the Nuremberg code point #1 and has been trying to coerce all his young patients into getting the clot shot against there own will and knowledge or he will refuse to see them and drop them as patients.

These Doctors in Ontario, Canada specifically need to be held liable and responsible for what they have done to all there younger patients and need to be prosecuted for there crimes !

My family just had an extremely bad visit with this doctor, we have started looking for a new family doctor and we have left his practice for good. He told my 23 year old son that doesn't wear masks or is not vaccinated that he should not be allowed to go outside and breath in fresh air around other people and that he should stay in his house until he starts doing both. That was the line that got drawn, he is a very fit and healthy person and is very active. He does not believe in masking or vaccination and has survived without them while most vaccinated people are dieing of heart attacks, myocarditis, and blood clots. We have filled a complaint with the CPSO regarding his extremely ignorant comments toward my son and his discrimination against my family.

Dr.Donald O'Neill this message is directed at you. In light of the recent "Twitter Files" drops by Elon Musk and the calling for Dr.Fauci's prosecution. I would like to remind you that you are just as guilty and responsible for lieing to all your patients and depriving them of there human rights because they choose to remain un-vaccinated. I will make sure that you are held responsible for the crimes you have committed these past 3 years. You have went against your oath as a family doctor and you should be behind bars, in jail along with all the other doctors who took part in this mass genocide against Canadians. Don't think that you wont get in trouble because you are a doctor and are protected by Big Pharma. The most richest people on the planet are working toward prosecuting doctors like you as we speak. Resign while you still can you poor pathetic excuse of a human being.

All I have to say is this doctor was my doctor a long time ago and I'm writing this thanking myself that I've left him..he always made me feel like everything was in my head and I didn't have a disability..Well turns out I do I'm glad I left you because you're answer is just take Advil and whatever else you think is good which is basically nothing you don't listen to people you brush them off you called my daughter fat and she started crying and never forgets that statement till this day..she was only nine at the time, just do us all a favor and retire

All the good reviews on here are from Dr.O'Neill's PR guy and are fake. Not a single soul would give this monster more then 1 star. He doesn't even deserve that. He needs to be arrested and locked up for crimes against humanity. He is just one of big pharmas puppets. Avoid him at all costs. There are other amazing family doctors out there that are accepting new patients in Windsor you just have to look and call around. He still wears a mask in his office and is a complete nut job, you have been warned.

Worst Doctor ever. My whole family switched. I can go on and on but I would be here writing a book on all he has done and diagnosed wrong. I took tests that he ordered and never heard back so assumed everything was alright since they say if anything is wrong we will call you don’t call us. I went in months later for another reason and he was way behind and I could hear him talking to the women in the next room about his holidays. He comes into my room finally looks at my results and says you have way too much wrong with you. Starts rattling off my tests results that they never told me about then says you’ve put me behind and I can’t deal with all this and walks out of the room. How professional is that and no compassion. Glad he had good holidays and the other patient had time to talk about hers yet I couldn’t get care and did I mention I was with him since he started his practice. Now I have a new Doctor and am treated respectfully and receiving care. And I can’t believe anyone would give him anything over 1 star he really deserves none.

One of the worst family doctors practising family medicine in the Windsor, Ontario area! My entire family has left his practice. He is also very ignorant along with all his staff. He Gets you addicted to a prescription, but then leaves his office during the entire pandemic and expects you to magically get refills when your at his pharmacy when hes not there half the time and doesn't answer phone calls or call you back. On top of that it take over 3 weeks just to see him and it's just not worth the wait when you do he makes it quick and snappy and doesn't care about your problems just a pay-check. He is running a patient pill mill there which is quite obvious. With way too many patients then he can handle. Have Fun dealing with him. We have found a new family doctor that allows us to get prescription refills by just calling the pharmacy now something Oneill wouldn't let us do. Plus We get seen within 5 days now. We are all glad we made the switch to a new family doctor and couldn't be happier. Good Riddance !

Office staff very rude but he is very nice. Whenever I ask for a referral he takes care of it but I question when the nurse calls. I never heard back from a referral so I called that office and they told me they never got a call and the nurse is very rude. So if you don’t hear back call the place.
