This woman is crazy. Upon my first appointment with her she ran the agreed upon blood test. However, in that same series of blood tests, she ran an additional series of tests that were unauthorized and not discussed. She spoke with me about other patients she has as well. My follow up visit consisted of her telling me that I had a disease that I do not have (and it's been proven).

Not punctual and when I was seen just talked about other patients. Then she kept trying to sell me on things that had little to no helpfulness for my issues. It felt like she is just in it for the money. I'd never recommend her.

This woman should be barred from practicing medicine. In my opinion she is the worse doctor on the planet. Too many deficiencies that she has for me to list here. I shall just write........buyer beware.

Dr. GeZerbe is absolutely wonderful! She takes her time getting to know her patients and sharing who she is and how she practices medicine. She is consistent in her practice and expects for every patient to do their part to maintain our health. I love the accountability and appreciate her persistence. She's been there for me from simple colds to complex surgery in person, via email, text and telephone and met me in different cities. I appreciate the consistency with how she practices medicine and flexibility in her communication.

This Doctor is a bad Doctor. I have seen her for almost two months. She is always talking about other patients and unrelated matters that have nothing to do with my problems. I am very concerned about my health and she doesn't seem to be that interested in me and my health problems. She is a nice person but a very poor doctor. I have since stopped going to her. I have found myself a new Endocrinologist. I am now satisfied.

My husband was directed to Dr. Ge-Zerbe when his sugar numbers shot up and his regular md thought that he might need to go on insulin. Dr. Ge-Zerbe proposed to him a variety of ways to avoid starting insulin and came at it with not only a confidence and knowledge of the disease that we have never seen before but a passion to make it work and keep him healthy for many years to come. She is our doc for life and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to find that old fashioned, engaged and caring doctor who is on top of her field and always looking for ways to help their patients. I feel blessed to have found her for my husband! Deb

She has always taken the time to make sure everything is explained in detail. She is very caring and always responds back to my emails-and messages as promptly as she can. She is a Doctor and extremely busy, to all the negative comments below. I cant help but think maybe its you not her, overly needy patients tend to be the ones with the most negative things to say. Although waiting maybe the issue for some, its not for me because I know she spends equally as much time with me as she does with the person in front of me.

This Dr. is all about money. That's it. Nothing else. Be prepared to wait over an hour for her even when you have a scheduled appointment. After she comes in...She will come in and talk to you about everything but your health and then bill your insurance for it. When you have questions about something you have read online about your health, she laughs and chuckles like web md has no idea what they are talking about.

She also informed me asked me to pay her with cash and not insurance if she left the practice she was currently with. IT WAS VERY ODD. She is definitely not my first choice for a Dr. I am going to be asking my insurance for a new one.

Lastly, I had to jump through hoops in order to see her since she was my " in network " endocrinologist. I explained how I had to wait for 5 months to see her and I wanted to make sure she took care of the billing correctly. About 6 weeks after I saw her and was diagnosed, I receive a bill for $613 because she sent all of my lab work to an out of network company so now my insurance will not pay for it.

Seriously re-consider when going to this doctor.

I've only seen her once so far but she kept me waiting for an hour. I couldn't believe it. She talked to me for 25 min about things that had nothing to do with the reason I was there. However, she did give me an ultrasound after that and took the time to explain to me what's going on. She didn't like that I brought up diet and curing things naturally. She was quick to stop me. I have to go back. We will see how it goes from there but one thing I can already tell.. She's not on time. :(

She truely is the best doctor I have ever seen. She has done so much for me. I feel better every time I see her. She always make time to listen to me and I feel like I have hope for the first time in my life. She is very patient and a great listener. I have never had a doctor go to bat for me like she has done.
