OMG, this full of himself doctor should retire. Does not listen to his patients, prescribes medication double the maximum permissible limit and one week in Albert Rd clinic, my daughter was sicker than ever. When she because so ill under his "care" he discharged her. Be very sceptical of Doctors that insist staff and patients call him PROF TILLER. Maybe not a Narc but definitely has some underlying psych disorder himself. Perhaps a sociopath??? Either way a doctor is no good if they don't listen to their patients, make assumptions and make them sicker than what they went into hospital

Sadly, I agree with many comments here. Lacking in empathy, talking at me, not really listening. My distress levels went through the roof. Time to retire.

This man was responsible for my suicide attempt. I needed to change my antidepressants under the advice of a specialist who is treating me with a NAFL (liver drug trial) . I was getting too hot, making life unbearable, I visited Tiller after he had diagnozed me with majordepression disorder. He told me I had to completely come off my meds before starting the new meds, and if need be to contact him if I wasnt coping and he would hospitalize me to monitor my meds. I rang his very dippy receptionist saying I wasntcoping and Tiller had said he would arrange a hospital for me and she said he was out and would call back. I told her I was suicidal and needed help. He didnt ring back. I rang again the following day, saying to the receptionist that I was suicidal and needed his help. Her answer was that he was too busy! I said if I didnt get help from Tiller I would contact the media. She hung up on me and as aresult I made a suicide attempt, only to be found by my beautiful son. Tiller you are an absolute disgrace and so is your receptionist. He told my gp he didnt want to see me again because I was abusive to his receptionist, which I was not - I was suicidal.

I was misdiagnosed by Dr Tiller and I after taking the Medication prescribed I got worse because he the diagnoses wrong, I had to go to hospital to get off the medication and it’s taken me along time to heal. So disappointed I went and saw him and accepted his diagnose I was just riddled with so much anxiety I wanted to get better. Very unsatisfied

Rude. Narcissistic. Does not listen. As a health professional myself l know how important personal and clinical skills are. Tiller lacks clinical and personal skills. He is plain rude and ruthless. Should be questioned by APHRA. Set me back enormously. The worst doctor l have ever seen.

One of the most arrogant people we have had the misfortune of knowing. He doesn't listen to his patients and comes across as someone in need of psychiatric help himself. Extremely narcissist and too old to be the head of such an important department. Some people his age, and even older are in fine spirits to continue working, but he is not one of them. In our opinion, he is fighting several aspects of ageing - he asks the same questions over and over and forgets what medication he's given you etc... and then blames the patient for not doing what he asked. He doesn't seem to have any compassion or care for other people, and is more intent on keeping his place as this big fish in a small pond. Don't be fooled by his 'supposed' achievements in medicine. They are exaggerated and a part of ancient history.
