I have been seeing De. Heikkenen for many years. He handles any problems I have immediately and will even personally call specialists to make sure they will see me in a timely manner. His office is very friendly

I have been going to Dr. Heikkkenen for over 20 years. He has been very thorough always checking my blood work. He has found multiple health concerns over the years and always made sure I was referred to the best specialist even if that meant going down to the valley. He also is the only doctor to find/diagnose my wife's autoimmune disease. She had been sick for years before Dr. Heikkenen diagnosed the disease. She has been treated since and only occasionally has flares. I recommend Dr. Heikkenen highly!

I've been going to Dr. H for many years now and he doesn't hesitate to send referrals to spcialists when he determines the need. The best thing about this casual office is the ease of obtaining an appointment when you are feeling ill. I have always been able to get in the same day for this type of situation so that meds can be obtained quickly, when necessary. You always see the same physician, a opposed to a clinic with physicians who don't even know you.

My husband and I went to him for 12-13 years, and sent every 6 months for blood work. Never once did he listen to our heart or lungs...only took BP. My husband and I were very healthy, so even tho we thought it odd he didn't listen to heart or lungs, we ignored this fact. My husband suddenly became aware something was seriously wrong with his breathing, and long story short, he had lung cancer (never smoked and was an avid athlete!) that had metastasized to his bones and brain. He was given 6 months to live, but lasted 3 1/2 years, passing away June 17, 2021. Had Dr. H listened to make sure his lungs were healthy, the cancer would have been caught in the beginning stages and I would still have my beloved husband of 3 years! BE AWARE!!!

he is totaly rude , he was even going to leave before he even saw my husband and then had the nerve to refuse servies to my husband and he is TERMINAL!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT EVER SEE THIS DOCTOR AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Non Covid compliant office it is very dirty no sanitation anywhere. Just as other post say very messy sloppy looking reminds me of Dr. Doofenshmirtz's. Cancelled appointment

Just wants test and more test. Dr. stuck in the late 70s. very unprofessional feel. I felt uncomfortable so I am moving on. Reviews are spot on.

The worst. This doctor doesn't care about you, he just wants to be able to bill your insurance & you for expensive unnecessary tests on your behalf. He insists on treating all his patients the same way regardless of age or health status.. "the way it always used to be done" he says. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

Dr Heikkenen is not interested in helping you. He literally threw me out when I told him I wasn't comfortable paying for unnecessary tests/xray/EKG/etc.. Save your time, go see someone else.
