Dr. Collins was attentive, but I cannot say the same for her staff. They did not seem to treat my child as if he was a pediatric patient. A few of the staff members looked unprofessional.

This office has a $25 charge for appointments not cancelled 24 hours ahead. Unfortunately, they are predatory with this practice and try to sneak it on your bill. Recently, although we cancelled three days ahead, they sent a bill for $50 for both children. We refused to pay. The charge is ludicrous anyway, since they after keep us waiting for 15 minutes to 30 or more minutes after arrival. Perhaps they should pay a penalty for keeping patients waiting. Huffy, impatient staff.

We took our Autistic son to Dr. Collins when he had a severe bacterial infection. They squeezed us in immediately and have been very caring and patient with us. They explain procedures thoroughly. Both of our sons always feel welcomed and loved. I recommend Dr. Collins to all my friends.

I took my 3.5 yr old to Dr Collins and initally loved it. They didn't take my BC/BS insurance, but because they were so great I didn't mind....even though it initally cost us over $200.00 because of x-rays. I took him for his 6 month appt recently and Dr. Collins herself told me that he needed sealants on his bottom 2 molars (still baby molars.) I didn't want my son to get cavities so I thought that was reasonable. When I went to check out and make the sealant appt, they told me it was going to be over $400.00! I thought that was a bit excessive so I called another dentist and they informed me that sealants usually run $50.00 a tooth so that would only be $100.00. I took him to the new dentist and they looked at me like I was crazy. They told me his teeth were perfect and they in no way needed to be sealed. I'm so disapointed in Dr. Collins' practice. I recommend getting a second opinion!!!

I regret terribly having ever taken my son there. They put caps on 7 of his teeth, they strapped him to a chair (which was extremely traumatic, plus it is known that it can cause permanent trauma to kids). Then, after 4 hours they told me he was too uncontrollable and had to be put under general anesthesia (he was only 3 1/2 at the time). Two years later, I took my son to my aunt who is a dentist in a different state and she said that what they did to his teeth was absurd. Now his permanent teeth will probably grow in wrong and they will have to extract the caps, and major work will have to be done. Save yourself and your children lots of pain and go to a more conservative dentist such as Chambers dentistry, Sissi who is their pediatric dentist, my kids love her).

They are the best dentist in the Baltimore/Annapolis area!!!!! I have never been more satisfied with any other doctor out there. Worst pediatric dentist. Tortured my child by strapping her to chair and performing unnecessary root canals and bonding that caused her baby teeth to not fall out on their own later requiring major orthodontics. Lyon and associates are much more child friendly and are even in my dental plan, unlike colins and associates

They are the friendliest, most prepared team with whom I've worked. I have 3 kids and one even had dental surgery by Dr McGrath. They are AMAZING...when we transfer, I'd be surprised to find a better group of pediatric dentists!

I started going to Dr. Collins when I was six until I was twenty. I wish I could have kept going. From little kids to young adults, they treat the patients with age appropriate manner. For instance as a teenager, they had a portable CD player (before the iPod) for teenagers to listen to CDs. Although it seems small, it shows how they pay attention to details of making an enjoyable experience of dentists trips.

I love Dr. Collins and Associates. I wish I could go there my whole entire life. Unfortunately it is a pediatric dentistry. Oh, and not to mention, you pick a movie before you have your teeth cleaned. This ensures a comfortable visit. The sunglasses used to keep the bright light from blinding you are also very stylish.
