My first two visits with this practice were good then the next visit and interactions were terrible! It seems doctors take very extended vacations as mine was out for about 3 months (Alberto Savoretti) so I had to see a different doctor in the practice, (Frank Savoretti) which I will say that doctor was impatient, has horrible bedside manor, rude, irritable, raised his voice at me when not understanding his question and was completely unhelpful during my sick visit. I had to be seen again at urgent care 4 days later since I received no xrays, no proper meds, etc. meaning I had to pay another claim towards my deductible since my sick visit was useless! I went in for extreme pain and a fever which caused my blood pressure to rise (my bp is consistently normal and was normal in my previous 2 visits in march and April) instead of questioning that and running tests, etc. i was given a blood pressure pill and told to come back again in a month!?! Thankfully the Garden City Urgent care is really good and knew something was wrong and gave me new meds for the inflammation and discomfort and a referral to a specialist- apparently I have an autoimmune disease that was never diagnosed! Also this office is super unhelpful if you need referrals, imaging orders, or recommendations! On top of all that there was a med error in my chart where the med name of my birth control seemed slightly off so I questioned the medical assistant during my first two visits but was told both times that was how the med came up in the system but it was the birth control. I need a refill on my birth control so I requested a refill and The MD denied my refill stating he would not refill a controlled substance and to contact my OBGYN- how did they not think they may have entered the med wrong not sure an OBGYN would prescribe a controlled drug for neurological pain? So i reply with this same explanation and commented on the lack of assistance and in response the office deactivated my patient portal so now i am unable to access not only my birth control but now also my maintenance meds for my thyroid and antidepressant! Completely unprofessional and just disgusting to do to your patients, Beware of this office and the MDs!

Dr Frank Savoretti is always available for his patients. He talks things over without just prescribing medicine. He responds quickly if you need to reach him after hours.

DO NOT GO to “doctor” Frank Savoretti. Hi is the EPITOME of all that is wrong in modern medicine, big pharma and insurance corruption willing to put patient health ahead of profits. Avoid this “doctor” and practice at all costs; it is nothing more than a factory; if you are thinking of going here ask yourself what is the reason they are always accepting new patients? Frank is highly condescending, treats patients as if they are beneath him and does not give any ounce of care to anything besides his bottom line. He should not be allowed to practice or even call himself a doctor. Despicable, and shameful excuse for a medical “professional”.

I was a patient of Dr. Frank for many years. However he pushed medications for depression and anxiety that I did not need. I was highly over medicated which led to many problems. If it is suggested to you that anti depressants or anxiety medications will help you seek a more qualified doctor in the mental health field. He is an internist! Not a mental health professional!

Saw me same day I called for an appointment; Staff said "If you're sick today the doctor will see you today." He was Prompt, Gentlemanly, Complete and seemed Delighted to be working together with his son who is also a doctor. I love this practice!

Kept pushing anti depressants. I ended up having a medical condition making me feel depressed. He completely misdiagnosed and refused to take my follow up calls. Glad I got another opinion

Extremely thorough, fantastic bed side manner! My husband convinced me to go see him and I loved him. The hospital misdiagnosed me and Dr. Frank caught it and had me fixed up quick. Also, he sees atients at 7am which is one of the reasons my husband loves him. I'm the biggest skeptic out there and I loathe going to the doc's... But Dr. Frank I actually trust and don't mind seeing.
