I had surgery for both my eyes to get rid of young persons cataracts. I had questions before and after the surgery and reached out to the office. The receptionist knew exactly what I was trying to ask and answered it in a professional manor. I was concerned about the surgery and most of the staff were very understanding. (I am very young to have cataracts however I soon found it was caused by medication.) Although there was a common problem after surgery I'm getting that fixed and should have 100% vision. The surgery is not as bad as some make it sound. Everyone is different. No question is stupid or silly.

We just had the most amazing appointment with Dr. Chambers. He and his staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time my Mom needed to move throughout the office she moves quite slow due to mobility problems. We would definitely recommend Dr. Chambers to any of our friend.

Dr Chambers completed cataract surgery on my left eye on September 30, 2020. I am extremely please with the outcome and now have clearer vision than I have had for several years. I had a follow up visit 1 day after the surgery and another follow up visit 5 days after the surgery. The eye drops (lubricants, antibiotic, and anti-inflamatory) were very helpful . Dr Chambers front office staff is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and were very helpful. My special THANKS to Suzanna, Debora, and all the others who made my office visits very easy. My special THANKS to Dr Chambers and his professional surgical team of Drs and assistants . I highly recommend Dr Chambers and his team to anyone who is considering cataract surgery and am so glad he was my surgeon. 5 Thumbs up

Worst experience I've ever had a few years back. I have a history of iritis which is extremely painful and was referred to him. He sent me away in excruciating pain and said if my eye continues to itch to come back in. I never once said I had an itchy eye. I tried to get back in but the gate keeper reception wouldn't pass along any message or only offered me an appointment for 2 weeks out.
You can permanently loose your vision with iritis and it is severely painful.
I finally went to go to my GP who got me in the same day to another Opthamologist. He was considering injections in my eye the iritis was so bad and I lost part of the pigment in my iris because of it. I was lucky i didn't lose my sight and was told good thing i was taking an anti inflammatory on my own accord for the pain and the inflammation or it would have otherwise been much worse.
Normal immediate treatment for iritis is to hit it hard asap with hourly steroid drops to reduce the inflammation.
To give you an idea of the importance of immediate treatment another opthamologist on call met us at his clinic at 7pm to treat my eye
I never reported dr chambers but i wish i would have as i'd never want anyone to experience such pain and be put off by these arrogant people.

I have no issues with Dr. Chambers. His staff is another story. There is no feeling of competence. They were to call to book and never did. I waited a month. They told me to call my optometrist to follow up and have him send a report. 4 months was past what Dr. Chambers asked. The front desk needs to work on people skills.

I just had cataract surgery on both eyes. Prior to the surgery Dr Chambers did a thorough examination to confirm the extent of the cataracts. He then fully explained the various options that I had available. I chose to have the procedure done in his office and was booked in quite quickly. The surgery went so smoothly and now my vision is just incredible. I couldn’t be happier.

Cataract surgery: who knew it could be such an excellent experience? Dr Chambers and his staff were that unique combination of being both professional and personable. I was given thorough information, and clear answers to my questions and concerns. It's a busy office, yes, but I never felt that I was just part of a cattle drive. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
